About us
Founded in 1999 by NUS Building and Estate Management graduates Mr. Alan Tang and Mr. Jerry Ah Chin Kow, Space Scope was born from a shared belief in thoughtful construction and lasting impact. In 2017, Ms. Toh Bee Bee joined as Partner, after more than a decade of dedicated service.
Today, we are a BCA-registered contractor (C1 and L4), with ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001:2008 certifications — but beyond credentials, it is our unwavering values that shape the way we build. Professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset guide every project we undertake.
We believe that construction is more than just structure — it is about care, detail, and understanding how people live. Our ability to deliver finely crafted homes has led to long-standing collaborations with respected architectural firms including K2LD, Guz Architects, RT+Q, and Aamer Architects.
At Space Scope, we don’t just build houses. We create spaces where families grow, moments unfold, and memories last.
What We Do
We specialise in residential construction and project management, with a focus on Good Class Bungalows (GCBs), landed homes, and bespoke builds. From pre-construction planning to final handover, our team manages every step with professionalism and integrity..
